Pros
Interesting and dynamic job, they are very supportive of continuing education and will often pay for you to take classes, trainings, etc. even during work hours. The healthcare and retirement benefits are fantabulous.

Transporting is a adept human foot in the door if you're planning on getting some hospital feel and networking. You get good exposure to other departments that you can talk to and maybe get a shoe in.
Cons
Supervisors gossip near you and if you are planing on leaving the department they are not supportive. They do not work very well with your schedule and will schedule you for 5 ten hr shifts in a row without overtime. Very little pay for how much nosotros practice and no recognition. Nurses look down on you.
